Please be aware that any product testimonials or product reviews may not reflect the results that you may achieve. Results may vary and your experience may not be similar of the experience of the user testimonials.
Payments & Personal Details
In order to purchase Style Diva products or services, you will be required to provide information to Style Diva’s payment processor PayPal. Direct bank transfers are also accepted and you will be given Style Diva’s bank details during the checkout process. The order reference number needs to be supplied with your payment and orders will be sent out once payments have been cleared. No payments details are held or stored by Style Diva.
All customers details are used for processing orders or to provide special offers and promotions. Your details will not be provided or sold to third parties. By ordering Style Diva products or services, you agree that Style Diva may charge you the price listed at the checkout. The prices for services or products provided under this agreement will be as set out on the website at the time you apply for the products or services. Style Diva reserves the right to alter, update and or change the prices for products or services at any time.
If you want to cancel or return your item
You do have the Statutory Right to cancel your order. This right starts when you place your order and ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods. To cancel, please email

with your name, address and order reference number. Alternatively, send a text or whatsapp with your order reference to 07399 077687.
If you cancel and the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please do this as soon as possible. Where you have exercised your right to cancel, you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us unopened, in a saleable condition. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address. We recommend that returns are sent by ‘registered delivery’ and a copy of the original proof of posting.
Damaged or incorrect goods
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective or not fit for purpose, please contact Style Diva as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 30 days. Within the 30-day period, the goods should be sent back, including the original invoice and packaging. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement, including the cost of standard delivery postage to you.
Promotions and Offers
Discount codes and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers – only one code can be applied per order.
Discount codes do not apply to vouchers
Offers and codes cannot be redeemed once an order has been placed – please check that your code has been applied before placing your order. Style Diva is not able to apply a discount code once an order has been placed.
Offers cannot be redeemed outside of the timeframe stated for the individual code.
