Delivery of your order

Delivery is free and we aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 daysof receipt. During busy periods this may take a bit longer. Parcels are despatched via Royal Mail or Evri. Delivery costs are displayed within the product pages.

Payments

Style Diva accept payments by Paypal which includes Gpay, Apple Pay, Credit & Debit Cards and Pay Later. Pay Later applies for orders from £20 to £3000. No Payment details are held by Style Diva. Refunds or partial refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product has been received and checked.

If you want to cancel

You do have the Statutory Right to cancel your order. Orders can be cancelled in the “My Account” area for both registered and guest users. Please do this as soon as possible and before dispatch. If there are any issues to do this via your account, please contact su*****@**********co.uk that includes your order number.

If you cancel and the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Style Diva at the above address. Where you have exercised your right to cancel, you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and return them unopened, in a saleable condition. Style Diva will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address. Style Diva recommends that returns are sent by ‘registered delivery’ and the original proof of posting.

Damaged or incorrect goods 

In the unlikely event that your order has the incorrect item, found to be damaged or defective upon arrival or not fit for purpose, please complete the returns form. Return address will be provided as soon as returns form is received and items checked. All items are checked before sending, well packaged, and any product flaws or issues are mentioned within the product listings. Within 14-days, goods should be sent back to Style Diva and includes the original invoice, tags and packaging. Items must also be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition (unused in the case of beauty items). Items that show signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, Style Diva will not accept returns for pierced jewellery, swimwear or other underwear items where the protective film has been removed.

All return postage costs are non refundable and customers are liable to to pay for the return postage. The refund of return postage costs will only be offered on a case by case basis.

Promotions and Offers

• Discount codes and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers – only one code can be applied per order.
• Offers and codes cannot be redeemed once an order has been placed – please check that your code has been applied before placing your order.
• Offers cannot be redeemed outside of the timeframe stated for the individual code.
